A very Beckham bromance: David celebrates H&M

Autore: admin - del: 2 febbraio 2012

David Beckham was surrounded by family and friends last night as he toasted the launch of his Bodywear line for H&M at the official after-party in Millbank.

But he continued the celebrations with an extra exclusive after after-party – partying until the wee hours with BFF James Corden, 33.

The duo took the party to The Arts Club in Mayfair, and were spotted sneaking out the back door after three o’clock.

Beckham, 36, and funnyman Corden, have been firm friends since first working together on a 2009 Sport Relief sketch, and are often spotted catching up when the footballer is in town.

It will have been a long night for Corden, who arrived straight from the Adelphi theatre where he is starring in play One Man, Two Guvnors.

Before the boys took the party on to the Arts club, they were surrounded by David’s circle of family and friends at the official after-party.

David’s parents Ted and Sandra scooped some samples of their son’s new collection, leaving the party toting H&M goodie bags.

Dermot O’Leary, Bianca Jagger and Bobby Gillespie were among the famous faces spotted leaving the party.

The Beckhams’ close friend Tana Ramsay turned up with son Jack as her date, with husband Gordon nowhere in sight.

There was support from Victoria’s side to in the designer’s absence. Her former bandmate Emma Bunton arrived with partner Jade and Victoria’s sister Louise all made an appearance.

Earlier in the day fans spent hours queuing at the H&M flagship store on Regent Street to catch a glimpse of the star as he attended the launch event for his collection.

O almeno quasi a tutte.

Apple retail stores coming to India?

Autore: admin - del: 21 gennaio 2012

Indian business newspaper Mint Repors that Apple may be preparing to open retail stores in India, dramatically increasing the company’s presence in the country.

According to the report, Apple’s interest comes as Indian regulators have eliminated ownership requirements that had previously required single-brand retail outlets such as Apple Stores to have at least 49% domestic investment.

One potential hurdle does remain, as ventures with high levels of foreign investment such as what Apple would offer will be required to source 30% of their product value from small businesses in India. But regulators appear willing to address that requirement as well depending on Apple’s official analysis of the viability of a retail effort in India.

The report notes that Apple attempted to create an Indian presence back in 2006 with a tech support center but the company quickly abandoned those plans.

Back in bed with Rihanna

Autore: admin - del: 18 gennaio 2012

Her lingerie advertising campaign for Armani was voted the sexiest set of 2011 so it’s no surprise to

see her back showing off the latest line. Rihanna is taking her second stab at being the brand’s face and

body and is looking as seductive as ever. The singer showed off a cropped blonde look in her first

campaign but she has gone dark for the new adverts.

The 23-year-old is seen showing off her incredible shape in a lacy set of lingerie as she poses on a bed

with her hand tucked behind her head.In another shot Rihanna appears to be displaying her innocence

as she tousles with her hair posing in a satin negligee and knickers set.Two more shots show the Barbadian showing off the denim range and she is seen in a

pair of high waisted shorts with just a denim jacket covering her top.In another she rolls her hips away from the camera showing off her pert bottom in the

Armani jeans. While these shots appear to be a little toned down compared with the sexed up shots of the first shoot there is no doubt that these will prove

popular with Rihanna’s fans. The daring display was hailed the best of the year in a poll of advertising industry chiefs carried out by U.S. magazine

Advertising Age.
