We must sensitize all Apulia Municipalities to protect every single product that, by tradition, history, quality, etc.. are considered unique in the world and raise awareness even before those municipalities that today, needless to achieve objectives, are not even aware of the characteristics of their land. Only then can you reach a level so high, that Puglia is not only a heritage protected by UNESCO, but will become the Capital of the Mediterranean diet.

is beautiful, ambitious and megalomaniacal the idea of Daniel to the capital of Apulia of the Mediterranean diet, with a look at the area and a round Mediterranean ....
seminars, medical research, eating disorders treatment centers, places of taste ...
as guinea pigs to fatten them up, enjoying every bite, if they want
or make them lose weight and correct the poor dietary habits, for example, Americans are weighing the bison, but eating peanut butter (I've tasted: not bad, but if you must leave the pens for cholesterol could be better to die content)

We live in a fascinating region, with strong identity and typicality; land we have a duty to maintain the height of this world-wide recognition.
The exploitation of our agricultural production (typical of southern Italy), could provide new opportunities on the domestic and international prices more profitable for our farmers who, as we all know, today they are in great crisis.
So a big "YES" to dissemination, enhancing the promotion and protection of the Mediterranean diet!
